We are one of the founding members of the South West of England Professional Hirers Group, a group with very strict standards and members are vetted for 2 years. All members are full-time in the entertainment industry, Carry 5 million or more of public liability insurance, all equipment is tested, all equipment must be fit for commercial use, show a very good understanding of safety issues, a good understanding of hse safety guidelines and more. Above all this is a non fee group that hirers cannot buy into by paying membership. Membership is strictly by invitation only.
Free local delivery in Weymouth and the local surrounding areas We deliver all our inflatables, rodeo bulls, soft play and photo booths throughout Dorset but we add on delivery fee and minimum order value will apply in some parts of Dorset.
Public liability insurance - Weymouth bouncy castle hire carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance on all of our entertainment equipment , everything from surf simulators to candy floss machines and even did cars and soft play is covered.
Safety Tests - As registered rpii inspectors we can assure you that all of our bouncy castles and inflatable games are tested to the latest safety standard BS EN14960 and tagged with a pipa tag - by an rpii inspector registered with pipa this recognised by the HSE as using a competent inspector. All of Weymouth Bouncy Castle Hires electrical equipment is PAT tested regularly and checked regularly by a pat tester.
Staff - Should your require our staff to supervise our equipment for a wedding or corporate event in Dorset we will be happy to supply you with a fully trained member of our events team. The cost of staff includes insurance cover for the kit they are supervising. Staff are priced at £25 per hour.
Wet weather cancellations -If it’s unfortunate enough to be raining on the day of your party and you decide that you don't require the bouncy castle, just quickly phone us us before 8 am in the morning on the morning of your party, if you have paid a booking fee we can re-arrange an alternative date for your party. Booking fees can be transferable for up to 12 months from date of cancellation
No cancellation fees - No cancellation fees apply if sufficient notice period is provided. For orders of under £100 hire Weymouth bouncy castles asks that you give us a weeks notice, this will give us a chance to re-hire the inflatables, and for orders above £100 we ask that you give us at least 4 weeks notice before your hire date.
Booking fees vary on the amount of Equipment you have booked , if you have used us before we may not ask for one, once the booking fee is paid we will confirm your party or event booking. All booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred once to an alternative date within 12 months. if you require us to staff an event or party a charge for staff wages will need to be paid to cover wages , this is also non-refundable
